diplomsko delo
Abstract
V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili šolsko svetovalno službo, njene dejavnosti in ciljne skupine, s katerimi sodeluje v procesu svetovanja. V empiričnem delu diplomske naloge smo raziskali, kako učitelji osnovnih in srednjih šol vidijo, razumejo in ocenjujejo sodelovanje s svetovalnimi delavci na šoli.

TEACHER`S VIEW OF COOPERATION BETWEEN SCHOOL COUNSELLORS AND TEACHERS AT PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL |
Secondary abstract: |
Every child carries a treasure within that needs to be found and further developed in a school environment. For a child to be able to develop his personality and potentials entirely, cooperation among all participants of the educational process is needed. In the diploma paper we focused on cooperation between teachers and school counsellors, since they are the ones, who are mostly responsible for creating an appropriate climate and conditions for a healthy development of a child in school. In the theoretical part we presented the school guidance program, its activities and target groups, with which it cooperates in the counselling process. We exposed cooperation with the teachers, did a research on the possibilities for cooperation, presented the counselling process and looked at possible obstacles for cooperation. In the empirical part of the diploma paper we did a research on how teachers at primary and secondary schools see, understand and evaluate cooperation with school counsellors. We found out that the cooperation is good and that teachers are satisfied with the help from counselling service. Teachers turn to school counsellors mostly for pupils with special needs and for problems of pupils' behaviour. Among the most frequent possible obstacles for cooperation teachers mentioned an overload of themselves and school counsellors and unreadiness of teachers for this method of approach. Thus we estimate that school counsellors should encourage and attract teachers more for a consultative method of approach and that teachers should be aware that only a common cooperation of both subsystems at school brings positive results in development, progress and learning of pupils.
