Abstract
V diplomskem delu sem raziskovala rabo narečja pri strokovnih delavcih, zaposlenih v zavodu Vrtec Trbovlje. V teoretičnem delu sem najprej opredelila govor, jezik, slovenski jezik in socialne zvrsti slovenskega jezika. Podrobneje sem predstavila tudi trboveljski krajevni govor. V nadaljevanju sem posebno pozornost namenila področju jezika v vrtcu in vzgojiteljevi vlogi pri razvoju govora. Na koncu teoretičnega dela sem opisala profesionalni razvoj vzgojitelja in govorno nastopanje.
Cilja diplomskega dela sta bila ugotoviti, ali in kako pogosto vzgojitelji v Vrtcu Trbovlje z otroki govorijo v narečju in ali skrbijo za svoj profesionalni razvoj v smislu razvijanja zmožnosti govornega nastopanja. Raziskava je pokazala, da vzgojitelji in pomočniki vzgojiteljev v narečni različici slovenskega jezika govorijo občasno. Vzgojitelji narečje najpogosteje uporabljajo pri vključevanju v prosto igro otrok in pri dejavnostih dnevne rutine. Večina vzgojiteljev se v povprečju ni niti strinjala niti ne strinjala s tem, da jim javno govorno nastopanje povzroča težave, hkrati pa se v zadnjih treh letih večina anketiranih ni vključevala v dejavnosti, pri katerih bi razvijali svoje zmožnosti govornega nastopanja. Vzgojitelji menijo, da je zelo pomembno, da otrokom predstavljajo dober govorni zgled in da imajo dovolj znanja o pravilni rabi slovenskega jezika.

Preschool teachers' use of the dialect in Trbovlje kindergarten |

In this paper, I studied the use of dialect in professional workers of the Trbovlje Preschool. In the theoretical part, I first defined speech, language, the Slovenian language and social genres of the Slovenian language. I also detailed the Trbovlje local dialect. Special attention was paid to the field of language in preschool and the role of a preschool teacher in speech development. At the end of the theoretical part, I described the professional development of a preschool teacher and public speaking.
The aims of this paper were to determine whether and how often preschool teachers of the Trbovlje Preschool speak with children in their dialect and whether they pay attention to their professional development in the sense of public speaking skill development. The research showed that preschool teachers and assistant preschool teachers occasionally use the dialectal version of the Slovenian language. Preschool teachers use their dialect most frequently when trying to participate in children’s play and daily routine activities. On average, most preschool teachers neither agreed nor disagreed with the fact that they find public speaking difficult, while in the last three years most of the respondents did not participate in any activities where they could develop their public speaking skills. Preschool teachers believe that it is very important to set a good speaking example to children and have sufficient knowledge on the correct use of the Slovenian language. |
