Abstract

Izdelovanje izdelkov in spodbujanje ustvarjalnosti sta pomembni komponenti praktičnega pouka v šolah. V tem magistrskem delu smo želeli ugotoviti, ali lahko pri izdelovanju iz lesa spodbujamo ustvarjalnost. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljeni ustvarjalnost in načini vključevanja le-te v pouk. Predstavljene so tudi osnovne informacije o lesu in aktivnosti, povezane z gradivom les v dostopnih učbeniških gradivih. V praktičnem delu magistrskega dela je najprej predstavljen nabor alternativnih izdelkov, s katerimi bi lahko uresničili cilje iz učnega načrta, vezane na les, in pri tem poskusili spodbujati ustvarjalnost. Predstavljenih je nekaj izdelkov z načrti za izdelavo in načrta izvedb dveh tehniških dni. Tehniška dneva sta bila izvedena v dveh oddelkih četrtega razreda osnovne šole, v obeh razredih je bilo na dan izvedbe prisotnih 18 učencev in razredničarka. Povratne informacije so bile pridobljene z zapisi mnenj učencev enega oddelka, rešenih vprašalnikov o ustvarjalnosti učencev drugega oddelka in mnenj učiteljic. Na podlagi povratnih informacij učencev se je izkazalo, da večina učencev pojma ustvarjalnost ni dobro razumela ali pa ga niso znali povezati z dotično situacijo. Na podlagi izvedb tehniških dni in končnih izdelkov je bilo ugotovljeno, da z vnaprej načrtovanimi izdelki, ki bi bili uporabni, mnogo manj spodbujamo ustvarjalnost kot z izdelki, ki jih učenci načrtujejo in niso nujno uporabni. Za več ustvarjalnosti predlagamo, da se učitelji poslužujejo načrtovanih uporabnih izdelkov in pri tem učencem dopustijo možnost sprememb in nadgradenj predvidenih načrtov.

Secondary title: Creative wooden products in the subject natural science and technology
Secondary abstract: Making products and promoting creativity are significant components of practical work in schools. In this master's thesis, we wanted to determine whether making products from wood promotes creativity. In the theoretical part, creativity and its ways of inclusion in lessons are introduced. We presented basic information about wood and wood-related activities we found in accessible textbooks. In the practical part of the master's thesis, we first presented a range of alternative products with which we could realize curricular goals related to wood and try to promote creativity. Some products with plans of making and implementation plans of two technical days were presented. The two technical days took place in two departments of the 4th grade of the elementary school; in both classes, 18 students and the class teacher were present on the day of the implementation. We obtained feedback by records of students' opinions of one department, answered questionnaires about students' creativity of another department, and teachers' opinions. Based on students' feedback, we found out most students did not understand the term creativity well or did not know how to connect it to the situation. According to technical days implementation and final products, we concluded that useful pre-planned products promote less creativity than products that students planned and are not necessarily useful. For more creativity, we suggest teachers use planned useful products and allow students to change and upgrade the intended plans.
