Abstract

Magistrsko delo obravnava energetski pregled podjetja z visoko stopnjo intenzivnosti v proizvodnji nekovinskih mineralnih izdelkov. Z namenom po zagotavljanju večje energijske učinkovitosti ter izrabi večjega deleža obnovljivih virov energije, smo analizirali trenutne energetske sisteme podjetja. Na podlagi podatkov iz nadzornega sistema podjetja, smo izvedli pregled in analizo porab vseh energentov. Energenti, na katere smo se osredotočili, so bili zemeljski plin, električna energija in ekstra lahko kurilno olje, saj skupaj predstavljajo pretežen delež vseh stroškov za energijsko oskrbo. Ukrepi, ki v praksi lahko prinesejo največje energetske in ekonomske prihranke so: obnova kotlovnice na lesno biomaso za pridobivanje pare s sočasno proizvodnjo električne energije, izboljšanje energijske učinkovitosti proizvodne linije Zeolita in sanacija razsvetljave. Za vrednotenje izbranih ukrepov, smo za vsakega od ukrepov sestavili ekonomski model in na podlagi neto sedanje vrednosti ter interne stopnje donosa, ocenili ali je investicija ekonomsko upravičljiva. Prikazan je tudi okoljski vidik potencialnih energetskih ukrepov.

Secondary title: Energy audit of a company for the production of non-metallic mineral products
Secondary abstract: The Master’s thesis deals with the energy audit of a company with high degree of intensity in production of non-metallic mineral products. With aim of providing greater energy efficiency and the use of greater share of renewable energy sources, we analyzed the company’s current energy systems. Based on the data from the company’s control system, we implemented a review and an analysis of the consumptions of all energy sources. We focused on energy sources like natural gas, electric energy and extra light fuel oil, as together they represent a significant share of all energy costs. Measures which can bring the greatest energy and economic savings in practice are: the renewal of wooden biomass’s boiler for obtaining steam with simultaneous production of electricity, an improvement in energy efficiency of Zeolite production line and renovation of lighting. To evaluate selected measures, we created an economic model for each of them. Based on net present value and internal income rate, we assessed whether the investment is economically justified. The environmental aspect of potential energy measures is also shown.
