Abstract

Diplomsko delo Vzgojitelj in starši je sestavljeno iz dveh delov: teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili vlogo vzgojitelja in staršev pri vzgoji otrok v vrtcu. Do vstopa v vrtec imajo starši izključno in odločilno vlogo pri vzgoji, z vstopom v vrtec se ta vloga dopolnjuje in prepleta z vlogo vzgojitelja. Delo vzgojitelja temelji na načelih in ciljih, zapisanih v Kurikulu za vrtce. V diplomskem delu posebno pozornost posvečamo vzgojitelju in njegovi vlogi, skupni nalogi staršev in vzgojiteljev ter medsebojnim odnosom med njimi. Pri tem je zelo pomembno, iz kakšne družine otrok izhaja, zato smo obravnavali tudi različne vrste družin in njihove lastnosti. Komunikacijo v družini smo izpostavili kot enega izmed ključnih dejavnikov za razvoj otroka. V nadaljevanju je prav tako pomembna pravilna komunikacija na relaciji vzgojitelj-starši. V empiričnem delu diplomskega dela smo predstavili rezultate raziskave, ki smo jih zbrali s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika na vzorcu 153 staršev otrok ptujskih vrtcev. Namen raziskave je ugotoviti, kaj starši menijo o vzgojitelju in njegovi vlogi, o skupni nalogi staršev in vzgojiteljev ter medsebojnih odnosih med njimi. Pri obdelavi podatkov smo ugotovili: vzgoja otroka doma in v vrtcu sta tesno povezani in se dopolnjujeta; starši ne obiskujejo pogovornih ur dovolj redno - menimo, da si je za otroka treba vzeti čas, še posebej, ko gre za vzgojo v prvih letih otrokovega življenja; starši v veliki večini poznajo delo vzgojitelja. Starše bi želeli opozoriti, da smo odprti in smo pripravljeni predstaviti delo vzgojitelja, saj menimo, da je dobro, da so starši seznanjeni z našim delom.

Secondary abstract: The diploma paper Aducator and parents is divided into two parts: theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical part we present the role of the childcare worker and parents in educating the children in nursery school. Before going to nursery school parents play the exclusive and decisive role in upbringing, however, when children enter nursery school this role is supplementing and developing with the role of the childcare worker. The work of the childcare worker is based on principles and aims written in the curriculum of nursery schools. In the diploma paper special attention is given to the childcare worker and his role, the common work of parents and childcare workers and the mutual relationship between them. The family background of the child is very important, therefore we analyzed different types of families and their characteristics. The communication in the family was exposed as one of the key factors for the child's development. Further the right communication between the childcare worker - parents is also important. In the empirical part of the diploma paper we present the results of the research we collected with the questionnaire on the sample of 153 parents of children from nursery schools in Ptuj. The aim of the research is to establish parent's opinions about the childcare worker and his role, about the common work of parents and childcare workers as well as mutual relationships between them. While processing the data we discovered the following: the educations of a child at home and in nursery school are closely linked and supplement one another; parents do not come to office hours regularly enough - we think that you have to take time for a child, especially, when it is about educating the child in his first years of life; in the majority of parents the work of a childcare worker is known. Other parents we would like to remind that we are open for them and are happy to introduce the work of a childcare worker to them, because we think it is good that parents know our work.
