Možnosti podjetniških poti mladih v Sloveniji

Abstract

Podjetništvo med mladimi je dandanes ena izmed pomembnejših tem ter trendov po svetu. Mladi so namreč spoznali, da je možnosti za dolgotrajne in uspešne »tradicionalne« službe vse manj. Kot rešitev za to so našli podjetništvo, ki pa prinaša tako prednosti in slabosti kot priložnosti ter izzive. To je potrdila tudi izvedena raziskava, v kateri je bilo moč ugotoviti, da si mladi pri delu želijo predvsem svobodo in neodvisnost, vendar je pri tem veliko vprašanje, koliko so za to pripravljeni tvegati. Mladim v podjetniškem svetu nikakor ni lahko, saj se srečujejo tudi s številnimi ovirami, ki lahko izvirajo iz posameznika, njegove kulture ali okolja, v katerem oseba deluje. Ker pa je podjetništvo mladih pomembno tudi za gospodarstvo države, je treba mlade pri tem spodbujati in jim nuditi primerno podporno okolje, ki ga še kako potrebujejo. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz dveh delov, in sicer teoretičnega ter empiričnega. V prvem delu smo predstavili temeljne pojme podjetništva mladih, prednosti ter slabosti podjetništva mladih, lastnosti in tipe mladih podjetnikov, izpostavili smo najpomembnejše ovire mladih podjetnikov, podrobneje opisali, kako pridobiti vire za financiranje, in raziskali, kako tuje države in kako Slovenija spodbujajo podjetništvo med mladimi. V drugem delu pa smo izvedli raziskavo med mladimi – z anketo smo želeli pridobiti vpogled v razmišljanje mladih Slovencev o podjetništvu in njegovem podpornem okolju.

Secondary abstract:	Entrepreneurship among young people is one of the most important topics and trends in the world these days. Young people have come to the realization that there are fewer and fewer opportunities for long-term, successful "traditional" jobs. As a solution to this, they found entrepreneurship, which brings both advantages and disadvantages as well as opportunities and challenges. This was also confirmed by the conducted research, through which it was possible to determine that young people primarily want freedom and independence at work, but the big question is how much they are willing to risk for it. It is not easy for young people in the entrepreneurial world, as they also face many obstacles that may originate from the individual, his culture or the environment in which the individual works. However, since youth entrepreneurship is also important for the country's economy, it is necessary to encourage young people into entrepreneurship and provide them with a suitable supportive environment, which they really need. The thesis consists of two parts, the theoretical part and the empirical part. In the first part, I presented the basic concepts of youth entrepreneurship, presented the advantages and disadvantages of youth entrepreneurship, characteristics and types of young entrepreneurs, highlighted the most important obstacles for young entrepreneurs, described in more detail how to obtain financial sources and researched how countries abroad and how Slovenia promotes entrepreneurship among young people. In the second part, I conducted research among young people - a survey with which I wanted to gain insight into the thinking of young Slovenians about entrepreneurship and its supportive environment.
