Abstract
Vseživljenjsko učenje oz. izobraževanje je zelo široko področje, ki se pojavlja praktično povsod okoli nas. Del tega področja je tudi izobraževanje odraslih, ki ga srečujemo v različnih oblikah in razsežnostih. Vse več ljudi se namreč zaveda, da je znanje temeljna pot do uspeha, zato se posamezniki vključujejo v procese izobraževanja v vseh obdobjih svojega življenja, tudi v odraslem obdobju. Ker znanje izredno hitro zastari, je pogoj za dobro opravljanje dela in kakovostno življenje v družbi nenehno dopolnjevanje in izpopolnjevanje obstoječih znanj. Namen diplomskega dela je na primeru Andragoškega zavoda Maribor - Ljudske univerze ugotoviti, kdo in zakaj se vključuje v izobraževanja, kakšni so odnosi med udeleženci izobraževanj in andragoškimi delavci, še posebej nas je zanimalo, kako kakovostni so učni programi v izobraževanju odraslih. Na kakovost vpliva več dejavnikov, mi smo se podrobneje dotaknili učnih metod in oblik dela. S pomočjo dveh anketnih vprašalnikov smo izvedli raziskavo, katere rezultati so pokazali, da je veliko udeležencev v izobraževanju odraslih starostnikov, katerih glavni motiv za udeležbo na izobraževanjih je druženje in osebnostni razvoj. O svojih mentorjih/učiteljih imajo zelo pozitivno mnenje, tako kot tudi o samih izobraževalnih programih. Pokazalo se je tudi, da je uporaba učnih metod zelo raznolika in da imajo odrasli veliko možnosti pri vključevanju v različne oblike dela oz. izobraževanja, med katerimi so glede na število udeležencev v ospredju tečaji.

Lifelong learning or education is a wide area that is practically all around us. Educating adults is a part of this field and it appears in various shapes and sizes. More and more people are aware of knowledge being the essential way to any form of success and that is the reason for individuals to include themselves into educational processes in every period of their life, even in their adult era. Since knowledge fast becomes obsolete constant supplementation and perfection of existing knowledge is needed in order to do a job well and have a quality social life. The purpose of this diploma is to establish who and why is included into the schooling in the case of Andragoški zavod Maribor - Ljudska univerza and also what are the relationships among the participants and andragogical employees like. We were especially interested in the quality of educational programs in educating adults. There are various factors that influence the quality of this programs, we took a closer look at teaching methods and forms of activities. We conveyed a survey with the assistance of two poll questionnaires and the results showed that many of the participants in adult education are the elderly whose main motifs for participation are socializing and personal development. They have very positive feelings towards their mentors/teachers as well as towards educational programs they are in. The results also showed that the use of teaching methods is quite diverse and adults have several options of being incorporated into different forms of work or education among which courses are the ones that have the biggest number of participants. |
