Abstract

Poslovanje v današnjih razmerah in okolju, ki je zelo dinamično in podvrženo vsakodnevnim spremembam, ne pušča prostora tistim, ki pri svojem delu niso predani in vztrajni. Družinska podjetja se zato morajo preoblikovati, da lahko obdržijo svojo dejavnost in ostanejo konkurenčna. Če želimo izkoristiti potencial družinskih oblik organiziranosti, je sprememba načina poslovanja neizogibna in predstavlja izziv za tiste, ki se ukvarjajo z družinskim podjetništvom ali se bodo v ta način poslovanja podali v prihodnje. V teoretičnem delu smo opisali družinsko podjetništvo, značilnosti uspešnega podjetja in izzive, s katerimi se srečujejo v neusmiljenem okolju, ki zahteva hitre odločitve. Opisali smo, kakšne prednosti ima lahko uvedba digitalne tehnologije in inovativnih procesov za podjetje, po drugi strani pa izpostavili številne težave in strahove, s katerimi se soočajo v procesu transformacije. Pokazali smo, da je dobro poznavanje in zavedanje, kaj digitalno pomeni za podjetja, saj je to zelo pomemben dejavnik pri odločitvah o digitalni transformaciji. V praktičnem delu smo predstavili podjetje, na primeru opisali vse probleme vodenja družinskega podjetja in vse dejavnike, ki so vplivali na neuspešno uvajanje digitalne tehnologije v podjetje. Našteli smo tudi vse težave, s katerimi se je srečevalo zaradi neuspešnega uvajanja digitalne tehnologije. Omenili smo tudi, kako so lahko slabe in nepremišljene odločitve včasih usodne za poslovanje podjetja in ga vodijo v stečaj. Dejstva, ki smo jih usvojili iz teorije, smo primerjali s cilji na konkretnem primeru. Podatke, ki smo jih zbrali, smo primerjali z dejstvi, ki smo jih prejeli v teoriji. Vse to smo primerjali s postavljenimi hipotezami in nanje odgovorili.

Secondary abstract: Doing business in today's conditions and environment, which is very dynamic and subject to daily changes, leaves no room for those who are not dedicated and persistent in their work. Family businesses must be transformed in order to maintain their business and survive. If one wants to use the potential of family forms of organization, a change in the way of doing business is inevitable and represents a challenge for those who are involved in family business or are about to embark on this way of doing business. Family business is very important because it represents a significant part of every national economy and directly affects the well-being and stability of the entire country. Regardless of the size, organizational form, ownership and development, all companies face a series of questions concerning their perspective and development, and thus the possibilities of survival in unpredictable and turbulent business conditions, which are especially pronounced in family businesses. In the theoretical part, we described family entrepreneurship, the characteristics of a successful company, all the challenges that family businesses face in a merciless environment that requires quick decisions. We described what advantages the introduction of digital technology and innovative processes can have for a company, and on the other hand, we pointed out many problems and fears that companies face in the transformation process. We have shown that good knowledge and awareness of what digital means for companies are a very important factor in decisions regarding digital transformation. In the practical part, we presented the company, wrote all the problems of running a family business on a practical example, as well as all the factors that influenced the unsuccessful introduction of digital technology in the company. We also listed all the problems that the company encountered due to the unsuccessful introduction of digital technology. We also mentioned how bad and ill-advised decisions can sometimes be very fatal for a company's operations and lead the company to bankruptcy. We compared the facts we got from the theory with the targets on a concrete example. We compared the data we received from the specific example of the company with the facts we received in theory. We compared all that with the set hypotheses and answered them.
