Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljeno konstruiranje stroja, ki bo s pomočjo cilindrov, raznih ročic in ultrasoničnega varjenja preložil in zavaril plastične cevke oziroma plastične folije. Prikazan je potek izdelave od konstruiranja do sestave v delujoč stroj. Natančneje je opisan verižni trak, na katerem je bilo narejenih največ popravkov zaradi njegove zahtevnosti, saj se v enem gibu zgodi veliko postopkov. Modeliranje se je izvedlo v programskem paketu Creo Parametrics. Narisane komponente sem razdelil na kupljene dele in izdelke, ki smo jih izdelali kar v podjetju na CNC rezkalnem stroju.

Secondary abstract: The thesis presents the design of the machine that folded and welded plastic tubes or plastic foils using cylinders, various arms and ultrasonic welding. It shows the manufacturing process from design to assembly into a working machine. The chain belt is described in more detail, and most corrections have been made to this belt because of its complexity, with many operations taking place in a single movement. The modelling was carried out in the Creo Parametrics software package. The components were divided into purchased parts and products made in-house on the CNC milling machine.
