Abstract

V magistrski nalogi je obravnavana tehnologija kooperativnih inteligentnih transportnih sistemov (C-ITS), ki omogoča izmenjavo informacij med vozili, infrastrukturo in drugimi uporabniki cest. Opremljena je z opisom prenosa podatkov med napravami C-ITS in standardnimi formati sporočil, ki se uporabljajo za prenos podatkov med napravami. V nalogi je opisan centralni del sistema C-ITS in celoten tok podatkov v sistemu. Predstavljena je tudi spletna aplikacija, ki omogoča prikaz podatkov vzdrževalnih vozil v realnem času prek programskega vmesnika. Pri tem so opisani postopki načrtovanja, razvoja, implementacije in testiranja aplikacije, vključno z načrtovanjem podatkovnega toka s pomočjo diagrama toka podatkov in oblikovanjem grafičnega vmesnika v orodju Figma.

Secondary abstract: The master's thesis focuses on the technology of cooperative intelligent transport systems (C-ITS), which enable information exchange between vehicles, infrastructure, and other road users. The thesis includes a description of data transfer between C-ITS devices and standard message formats used for data transfer. The central part of the C-ITS system and the entire data flow in this system are also described. Furthermore, a web application is presented that allows a display of real-time data of maintenance vehicles through a program interface. The processes of planning, development, implementation, and testing of the web application are described, including the planning of the data flow by means of the data flow diagram method and the design of the graphical user interface in Figma.
