Abstract

Šolski svetovalni delavec se s svojim posebnim strokovnim znanjem preko svetovalnega odnosa in na strokovno avtonomen način vključuje v kompleksno reševanje pedagoških, psiholoških in socioloških vprašanj vzgojno-izobraževalnega dela v šoli, da pomaga in sodeluje z vsemi udeleženci v šoli in po potrebi tudi z zunanjimi institucijami. Eno najpomembnejših sodelovanj je timsko delo z učitelji, kajti učitelji so eden od ključnih povezovalnih elementov med šolskimi svetovalnimi delavci in učenci. Glavni raziskovalni namen pričujoče diplomske naloge je bil poudariti in osvetliti pomen sodelovanja, povezovanja in timskega dela med šolskimi svetovalnimi delavci, učenci, vodstvom šole, drugimi strokovnimi delavci znotraj in zunaj institucije, predvsem pa učitelji. Pomembno je izhajati iz dejstva, da so vsi strokovnjaki, ki vsak iz svojega vidika poznajo učenca, ključni element za njegov uspeh. Izvedli smo raziskavo o sodelovanju med šolskimi svetovalnimi delavci in učitelji, ki je temeljila na vprašalniku, s katerim smo želeli ugotoviti, kakšne izkušnje imajo učitelji in šolski svetovalni delavci z medsebojnim timskim delom, kako se delo v timu razdeli med učitelji in šolskimi svetovalnimi delavci, kje se pojavljajo problemi timskega sodelovanja, kažejo pomanjkljivosti oziroma prednosti timskega dela in v kolikšni meri so pripravljeni timsko delovati. Kot vsebinsko omejitev je nedvomno potrebno navesti dejstev, da je timsko delo šolskega svetovalnega delavca zelo obširna tema. V smislu metodološke omejitve pa je potrebno omeniti, da je bil vzorec premajhen, neeksperimentalen in zato rezultatov ne moremo posploševati, saj vzorec ne odraža vseh značilnosti populacije. Iz raziskave je bilo razvidno, da so menja šolskih svetovalnih delavcev in učiteljev precej enotna, saj si oboji želijo medsebojnega timskega sodelovanja pri reševanju težav z učenci, kakor tudi osebnih testov. Prednost vidijo predvsem v hitrejši in kakovostnejši rešitvi problema, izmenjavi mnenj ter boljših delovnih odnosih.

Secondary abstract: The school counselor solves complex educational, psychological and sociological issues in educational work in schools with his specific expertise through advisory relationships and professional autonomous manner. He must assist and cooperate with all participants in school and where appropriate with external institutions. One of the most important things in his work is teamwork, cooperation with teachers, as teachers are one of the key elements of interconnection between school counselors and students. The main research purpose of this thesis was to highlight and illuminate the importance of cooperation, coordination and teamwork among school counselors, students, school management, other professionals within and outside the institution and especially teachers. It is based on the fact that they all are experts, who know the students, and that is the key element for success. In this part of the thesis, we conducted a survey on collaboration between the school counselors and the teachers. Through the research, based on a questionnaire, we wanted to find out about the experiences of the teachers and the school counselors about teamwork, the extent to which teams are ready to cooperate and the problems that they have. The substantive limit is the fact that a work of the school counselor is a broad topic. Under the methodological limitations it should be noted that the sample was too small and that the results can not be generalized because sample did not reflect all the features of population. The research shows that school counselors and teachers have quite the same opinion because they both want to work in the team and participate in collaborative problem - solving with students. They mainly see the priority in the faster and higher quality solution of the problem, exchange of ideas and better working relations.
