Abstract
Metode: Uporabljeni vprašalnik vključuje 24 vprašanj, ki obsegajo posamezne dele že validiranih vprašalnikov Preprosta telesna aktivnost (SIMPAQ) in Nacionalna raziskava o zdravju in zdravstvenem varstvu (EHIS). Uporabnost: Z analizo in predstavitvijo rezultatov želimo ozaveščati o preventivnih programih ter predstaviti pomen redne telesne aktivnosti in zdravega življenjskega sloga. Omejitve: Osebno anketiranje zaradi omejitev ni bilo mogoče. Izvedba ankete je potekala preko spleta.

Changes in students' sleeping, exercise and eating habits during the Covid-19 epidemic |
Secondary abstract: |
In March 2020, Slovenia declared a COVID-19 epidemic and introduced a mandatory 14-day quarantine. This resulted in a significant reduction in physical activity, deterioration of mental health, changes in eating habits and poorer social contacts of the population. The research determines the effects of the COVID-19 epidemic on students’ sleeping, exercise and eating habits. Methods: The questionnaire used includes 24 questions that comprise individual parts of the already validated Simple Physical Activity Questionnaire (SIMPAQ) and European Health Interview Survey (EHIS). The survey was conducted using the 1KA online program among participants over the age of 18 using the snowball method. Results: Participants reported positive and negative changes in various aspects of their lifestyle with an impact on maintaining an optimal level of life quality. Improving physical activity and sleep duration and reducing sedentary behavior would be very beneficial for students’ health. Usability: By analyzing and presenting the results, we want to raise the awareness of preventive programs and present the importance of regular physical activity and a healthy lifestyle. Limitations: Due to restrictions, personal interviewing was not possible. The survey was conducted online. |
