Abstract

V magistrskem delu je predstavljena analiza tematike celovite učinkovitosti opreme oz. kazalnik OEE. Delo temelji na realnem primeru procesa dveh varilnih celic v podjetju Megras, d. o. o., ki je eno vodilnih proizvajalcev prirobnic na svetu. Obravnava poteka na primeru varilne celice z varilnim avtomatom in varilne celice z varilnim robotom. Predstavljena je temeljita razlaga kazalnika OEE in ključnih dejavnikov, prednosti uporabe in skupine glavnih izgub. Magistrsko delo zajema razlago pomembnosti robotizacije v industriji, predstavitev procesa delovanja varilnih celic ter prednosti in slabosti le-teh. Opisan je potek in način zbiranja vhodnih podatkov ter njihova opredelitev. Delo vključuje temeljite izračune posamezne varilne celice in razlago ter koristi pridobljenih vrednosti. Ob koncu je opisana in izračunana metoda povrnitve investicijskih sredstev za posamezno varilno celico.

Secondary abstract: The thesis presents an analysis of the topic of overall equipment efficiency or OEE. The thesis is based on a real case of a process of two welding cells in the company Megras, d. o. o., one of the leading manufacturers of flanges in the world. The case is based of a welding cell with a welding machine and a welding cell with a welding robot. A thorough explanation of the OEE indicator and the key factors, the advantages of the application and the main loss groups are presented. The final part of the thesis includes an explanation of the importance of robotisation in industry, a presentation of the welding cell process and its advantages and disadvantages. The process and method of collecting the necessary input data and their definition are described. The work includes thorough calculations of each welding cell and the interpretation and benefits of the resulting values. Finally, a method for return of investment for each welding cell is described and calculated.
