Abstract

To so zlonamerne aplikacije, škodljiva programska oprema, socialni inženiring, vsiljena elektronska pošta, izguba in kraja mobilne naprave, povezave kratkega dosega, Wi-Fi omrežje, kraja identitete, spletne goljufije in spletno nasilje.

Secondary title: Threats of cyberspace use in the age group from 13 to 15 years
Secondary abstract: Information and communication technologies are developing faster and faster. They bring benefits to modern society, but their growth also affects new and increasingly technologically advanced cyber threats. These threats have contributed to making cybersecurity an important part of national security for all countries. However, we still see a problem with younger members of our society - children. In our master's thesis, we described cyber threats that are relevant to our age group. These include malicious applications, malware, social engineering, spam, loss and theft of mobile devices, short-range connections, Wi-Fi networks, identity theft, online fraud, and cyberbullying. In the survey, which was active in January and February 2023, participated 210 children aged 13 to 15. We found that the respondents are partly aware that they should use different strong passwords to protect themselves in different places and that children know who to turn to when they become victims of cyber threats. They also know how to protect themselves preventively from cyber threats. Through a review of literature, we categorized selected threats in the cyber space into six groups and then compiled a list of freely accessible resources that can help children when they encounter potential threats. At the end, we created infographics that present each threat, how to act against it, and who children can turn to when the threat is realized.
