Abstract

Magistrsko delo z naslovom Likovno oblikovni razvoj - prikaz stanja pri osmošolcih sestoji iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V uvodnih poglavjih teoretičnega dela je predstavljen predmet likovna umetnost v osnovnošolskem kurikulu, pri čemer smo se osredotočili na pomembnost predmeta za otrokov razvoj in vlogo učitelja pri tem. Podrobneje je obravnavan razvoj likovnega izražanja otrok z opisom pet stopenjske lestvice razvoja likovnega izražanja. Nadalje je definiran likovno oblikovni razvoj z njegovimi dejavniki in razvojem likovno oblikovnih prvin. Empirični del vsebuje rezultate raziskave, katere namen je bil analizirati nivo likovno oblikovnega razvoja učencev 8. razreda. Spremljali smo posamezne dejavnike likovno oblikovnega razvoja, skupni nivo likovno oblikovnih sposobnosti, ki predstavlja seštevek doseženih vrednosti pri vseh šestih dejavnikih, in dosežene minimalne, srednje in maksimalne vrednosti pri posamezni nalogi t. i. testa LV2 ali testa Štirih risb. Podatke smo analizirali z vidika ugotavljanja razlik med spoloma (kvantitativni del raziskave) in glede na njihovo razpršenost v raziskovalnem vzorcu pri posamezni nalogi testa LV2 (kvalitativni del raziskave). Rezultati so pokazali, da se v nivoju likovno oblikovnega razvoja z vidika spola kaže tendenca doseganja rahlo višjih rezultatov deklic pri vseh dejavnikih, a so statistično značilne razlike med spoloma dokazane le pri dejavnikih optično tematskega razvoja, oblikovne izkušnje in likovne tehnike ter splošnega likovnega nivoja. Dokazana je tudi statistično pomembna razlika pri skupnem nivoju likovno oblikovnega razvoja, v prid deklicam. Pridobljene podatke smo primerjali s podatki iz pretekle raziskave (Korošec, 2007). Na koncu smo v kvalitativnem delu oblikovno predstavili izbrana likovna dela obeh spolov.

Secondary title: The artistic development - presenting the situation in year 8
Secondary abstract: The Master's thesis, titled The Artistic Development - Presenting the Situation in Year 8, consists of a theoretical and an empirical part. In the introductory chapters of the theoretical part, fine arts as a subject of the primary school curriculum is presented, focusing on its importance for the child's development and the teacher's role in this process. The development of children's artistic expression is explained in more detail with a help of a five-level scale of artistic expression development. Furthermore, the artistic development is defined through its factors and the development of artistic elements. The empirical part includes research results which aim to analyse the level of artistic development of the 8th grade students. We monitored the individual factors of artistic development, the overall level of artistic ability represented by the sum of the achieved scores in all six factors, as well as the minimum, mean and maximum scores in each individual task of the LV2 test or the four drawings test. The data were analysed from the perspective of identifying differences between genders (quantitative part) and according to the dispersion in the research sample for each task of the LV2 test (qualitative part). Regarding the artistic development, the results show a tendency towards slightly higher scores among girls in all the factors; however, statistically significant differences were only demonstrated for the optical-thematic development, design experience and fine art technique, and general fine arts level. A statistically significant difference, in favour of the girls, was also observed in the case of overall level of artistic ability. The data obtained were compared with data from a previous study (Korošec, 2007). Finally, in the qualitative part, we interpreted selected artworks by representatives of both genders.
