Socialna anksioznost pri mladostnikih v različnih socialnih situacijah

Abstract

Diplomsko delo predstavlja problem socialne anksioznosti pri mladostnikih in prisotnost le-te v različnih socialnih situacijah, ki so jim mladostniki izpostavljeni. Delo je vsebinsko razdeljeno na dva glavna dela. V prvem, teoretičnem delu, je obravnavano področje čustev, s katerimi je anksioznost neposredno povezana, področje mladostništva, kjer so opisane splošne, razvojne, psihološke, socialne karakteristike oziroma naloge tega obdobja ter nazadnje področje o anksioznosti, o fenomenu socialne anksioznosti v povezavi s konkretnim obdobjem mladostništva. V empiričnem delu, ki sledi teoretičnemu, sem s pomočjo anketnih vprašalnikov, ki sem jih razdelila med različno stare mladostnike v različnem socialnem okolju, raziskala, kako se socialna anksioznost dejansko kaže pri mladostnikih. Predstavljene so ugotovitve o prisotnosti socialne anksioznosti pri mladostnikih, o obstoju razlik med socialno anksioznimi mladostniki, o povezanosti socialne anksioznosti s socialnimi odnosi ter socialni anksioznosti v različnih socialnih situacijah - katere so tiste socialne situacije, v katerih mladostniki občutijo več ali manj strahu, tesnobe in katerim situacijam se bolj ali manj pogosto izogibajo.

Secondary abstract:	The diploma introduces the problem of social anxiety with adolescents and its presence in various social situations that adolescents are exposed to. The content of the diploma is divided into two main parts. The first, theoretical part, deals with the area of emotions, which is directly connected to anxiety; it also deals with the area of adolescence, where general, developmental, psychological, and social characteristics or functions of this period are described, and finally with the field of anxiety, with the phenomena of social anxiety in the connection with the concrete period of adolescence. In the empirical part, which follows the theoretical, I distributed questionnaires among adolescents of different ages in various social environments and use them to research the actual appearance of social anxiety among the adolescents. I have presented the findings of presence of social anxiety among the adolescents, the presence of differences among social anxious adolescents, the findings of connection of the social anxiety with social relationships and social anxiety in various social situations - which are the situations where the adolescents experience more or less fear or anxiety, and which situations do the adolescents more or less often avoid.
