Technological development has greatly changed the way of working in companies, modern information technology has brought many innovations, improvements and updates. Companies also need to adapt to the development trends and needs, because only in this way they can maintain their competitive position in the market and survive. Business renewal and digitalization are necessary for companies facing problems, which was also the problem of the selected company.
In the master thesis, the sale and digitalization of the company is presented in detail theoretically. In the following, a selected company is presented, which has top-quality products and production, but due to the lack of appropriate software and disconnected systems, it faces problems, especially in orders and sales. Due to the lack of connectivity between systems, employees manually transfer orders to the information system.
We found suitable solutions for the company to improve sales. This included updating the existing website in its entirety, both software-wise, advertising-wise with the expansion to the World Wide Web and social networks, and visually. In order to improve it, we also looked for software solutions for the company, which we presented in detail from the point of view of usability and price. Through the optimization, the company will increase its market share, expand to foreign world markets and, above all, relieve the work of employees with software solutions. |
