Abstract

Diplomsko delo zajema, prikazuje ter opisuje postopke priprave modela za topološko optimizacijo, celotno topološko optimizacijo in kreiranje novih modelov glede na dobljene rezultate optimizacij. Skozi nalogo se srečamo tudi s trdnostnimi analizami, ki nam prikazujejo dobljene rezultate napetosti in pomikov glede na začetno izbrane robne pogoje modelov. Delo se zavzema za zmanjšanje končne mase stopalke, pri čemer se glede na predpisane napetosti na stopalki ne smejo pojaviti večje vrednosti napetosti od dovoljene, ki so na začetku naloge določene s faktorjem varnosti.

Secondary title: Designing a car pedal using topology optimization
Secondary abstract: The thesis covers, demonstrates, and describes the procedures for preparing a model for topology optimization, the entire process of topology optimization, and the creation of new models based on the obtained optimization results. Throughout the thesis, we also encounter stress analyses that present the resulting stress and displacement values with respect to the initially selected boundary conditions of the models. The work advocates for reducing the final mass of the pedal, ensuring that the prescribed stress values on the pedal do not exceed the allowed limit, which is initially determined by a safety factor.
