diplomsko delo

Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava vpliv digitalizacije in umetne inteligence na spremembe v strukturi delovne sile.

Secondary abstract: The thesis examines the impact of digitalization and artificial intelligence on changes in the workforce structure. It focuses on analysing the consequences of the rapid technological revolution and the development of artificial intelligence in various industrial sectors. The main problem addressed in the research is understanding how technological innovations affect the demand for knowledge, skills, and job roles. The results of the analysis indicate that digitalization and artificial intelligence lead to shifts in the workforce, where some traditional jobs become automated while new positions emerge that require advanced digital skills. The conclusions of the thesis highlight the need for workforce adaptability, continuous learning of new skills, and the integration of digital technologies into work processes.
