Abstract
Priprava učiteljev na delo z učenci s posebnimi potrebami v osnovni šoli je postala vedno bolj zahtevna, saj je vedno več učencev z različnimi potrebami vključenih v redne osnovne šole. Potrebno je več priprav na delo, sodelovanja s starši in več dodatnega strokovnega izpopolnjevanja učiteljev. Glede na raznolikost posebnih potreb učencev, ki so vključeni v redne osnovne šole, so se spremenile tudi metode poučevanja, didaktični pripomočki in organizacija pouka. V veliko pomoč učiteljem in učencem s posebnimi potrebami sta individualiziran program in dodatna strokovna pomoč, ki pospešita in hkrati olajšata učenčev napredek. Različnost, drugačnost, izvirnost, individualnost učencev predstavlja osnovno izhodišče učiteljevega dela v šoli.

Secondary abstract: |
The preparation of teachers for working with students with special needs in elementary school has become ever more difficult since there is an increasing number of students with different needs who attend the regular elementary school programs. It requires more preparation for work, co-operation with parents, and additional professional training of teachers. Considering the various special needs of students who are attending regular elementary school programs, the teaching methods, teaching accessories and the organization of the course have also changed. Of great help to teachers and students with special needs are the individualized program and additional professional help which encourage and, at the same time, facilitate the students' progress. Diversity, differentness, originality, and individuality of students are the cornerstone of the teacher's work in school. |
