Taktika igre z igralcem manj pri nogometu

Abstract

Nogomet je kontaktni šport, zato velikokrat pride do prekrškov, ki so lahko kaznovani z rdečim kartonom in posledično z izključitvijo. Ekipe večinoma niso dobro pripravljene na izključitev tako soigralca kot nasprotnika. Naloga trenerja je, da po izključitvi prilagodi taktiko, ko jo mora predstaviti že na treningu, da so igralci pripravljeni na take okoliščine. Ob omembi nogometne taktike večina najprej pomisli na taktiko obrambe in taktiko napada, malokdo pa pomisli na taktiko igranja v napadu in obrambi z igralcem manj. Namen mojega diplomskega dela je raziskati različne taktične pristope, sisteme in vaje, ki se uporabljajo pri igri z igralcem manj. Prvi del se navezuje na osnovne pojme nogometne igre, taktike in sistemov, drugi del pa na osnovi teh pojmov opisuje različne sisteme in taktiko igre z igralcem manj. Diplomsko delo obravnava tudi primere treningov za igranje z igralcem manj.

Secondary abstract:	Football is a contact sport, so fouls often occur and can be punished with a red card and consequently, a player gets sent off. Most teams aren't so well prepared for a sending-off, either of a teammate or of the opponent. After the send-off, it's the coaches' task that he adjusts the tactics, and he must present it in training so players are prepared for such situation. When football tactics are mentioned, most people think first of defensive and offensive tactics, but few think of tactics of playing in offense and defense with a player less. Therefore, the aim of my thesis was to explore different tactical approaches, systems and drills that are used when playing with a player less. The first part of the thesis relates to basic concepts of a football game, tactics and systems, and the second part, based on these concepts, describes different systems and tactics of the game with a player less. The thesis also includes examples of training sessions for playing with a player less.
