Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo želela ugotoviti, katere strategije za uravnavanje vedenja vzgojitelji v vrtcih poznajo in uporabljajo ter kakšna je po njihovem mnenju učinkovitost le-teh. Hkrati smo želeli ugotoviti razliko glede na delovno mesto, ki ga opravljajo v vrtcu, razliko glede na lokacijo vrtca, razliko glede na delovno dobo zaposlenih v vrtcu in razliko glede na starostno skupino otrok, v kateri zaposleni opravljajo svoje delo. Diplomsko delo je sestavljena iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V prvem delu je predstavljen pojem vedenja, vrste vedenja, vedenjska genetika in dejavniki, ki vplivajo na vedenje. V drugem delu so zajeti vedenjski problemi, vedenjska modifikacija, vloga vrtca in vzgojitelja ter strategije za uravnavanje vedenja. Ker je neposredno o vzgojiteljih malo literature, smo si pomagali z literaturo za učitelje in starše. V empiričnem delu smo uporabila anketni vprašalnik, sestavljen v namen konkretne raziskave, s katerim smo anketirali 76 vzgojiteljev/vzgojiteljic in pomočnikov vzgojitelja/pomočnic vzgojiteljic iz Maribora in okolice. Rezultati so pokazali, da pri poznavanju, uporabi in učinkovitosti ne prihaja do pomembnih statističnih razlik, ne med timom v skupini, prav tako tudi ne med zaposlenimi, ločenimi po delovni dobi, ne med mestnimi in podeželskimi vrtci in prav tako tudi ne med starostnimi skupinami otrok, v katerih zaposleni opravljajo svoje delo. Vse to odraža, da nova znanja dohajajo tako mlajše kot starejše osebe, ne glede na to, ali so zaposlene v večjih mestnih vrtcih ali izven mesta v manjšem vrtcu, in da to znanje tudi uporabljajo.

In diploma paper, I wanted to find out which strategies for behavioral management are known and used among childcare workers in kindergartens, and how effective are they according to their opinion. At the same time I wanted to discover if there are differences according to childcare worker's work place, kindergarten's location, years of service and age group childcare workers are working with. Diploma paper consists of a theoretical and empirical part. First part includes the presentation of behavior, types of behavior, behavioral genetics and factors that influence behavior. Second part includes behavioral problems, modification, role of the kindergarten and childcare workers and strategies for behavioral management. Because literature focused only on childcare workers is scarce, I also used literature intended for teachers and parents. Empirical part includes a questionnaire, created for this investigation. It was fulfilled by 76 childcare workers and their assistants in Maribor and its vicinity. Results showed that there are no significant statistical differences in knowledge, use and effectiveness in teams or among employees, separated by years of service, location or group ages. Therefore it can be assumed that new knowledge reaches younger and older no matter where they are employed (city or rural areas, smaller of bigger kindergartens), and that this knowledge is being used. |
