Abstract
Namen diplomskega dela Delovanje tima in tandema v prvem razredu devetletne osnovne šole je ugotoviti, kako deluje tim in kako poteka timsko delo v prvem razredu devetletne osnovne šole. Postavljajo se vprašanja glede poučevanja, pisanja priprav, sodelovanja s starši, evalvacije dela, prednosti in slabosti timskega dela ter ocenjevanja uspešnosti lastnega tima in tandema. V empiričnem delu diplomskega dela so s tabelami prikazani in interpretirani rezultati anketnih vprašalnikov, ki so bili razdeljeni v prvih razredih devetletnih osnovnih šol v Občini Celje in Občini Maribor. Dobljeni rezultati anketnih vprašalnikov kažejo, da tudi praksa potrjuje teorijo, saj večina učiteljev in vzgojiteljev v prvem razredu devetletke izvaja timski pouk. Pisne priprave za učne ure nastajajo v tandemu, kar omogoča bolj kakovosten in zanimiv pouk. S starši sodelujeta obe, skupaj ali individualno. Potrdili smo tudi hipotezo, vezano na evalvacijo dela, in sicer: "Evalvacija dela ne poteka vsak dan zaradi časovne neusklajenosti učiteljice in vzgojiteljice". Anketirane strokovne delavke so v večini primerov navajale takšne prednosti in slabosti, ki jih zasledimo v strokovni literaturi.

The aim of my diploma work, The activity of team and tandem in the first class of nine year primary school, is to determine how the team operates and how the teamwork is organized in the first grade of primary school. There are some questions concerning the teaching, writing lesson plans, cooperation with parents, evaluation of work, the advantages and disadvantages of team work and evaluation of team and tandem work. In the empirical part of my diploma work are results of questionnaires, which were distributed in the first grade of primary schools in the municipality of Celje and Maribor, presented in tables and interpreted. The results show that practice confirms theory, since the majority of teachers and educators in the first grade of primary school implement team work. Lesson plans are written in tandem, which makes lessons higher quality and more interesting. The teacher as well as educator cooperate and communicate with parents, either together or individually. The hypothesis related to the evaluation of the work: "The evaluation of work is not done every day, because of the time mismatch of teachers and educators.", was also confirmed. The interviewed professional workers mostly indicated the strengths and weaknesses that can be found in the literature. |
