uporaba lesene konstrukcije pri gradnji v višino

Abstract

Stanovanjski stolpnici s spremljajočim programom temeljita na trajnostni ekološki zasnovi preko celotnega življenjskega cikla. Predvidena racionalna in ekonomična gradnja.

Secondary title: Conceptual design of two residential skyscrapers with an accompanying program at the intersection of Kajuhova and Zaloška cesta in Ljubljana - Use of Timber in High Rise Construction
Secondary abstract: Residential skyscrapers with accompanying public programme are based on sustainable design during the whole life cycle. Proposed solution is pragmatic and economical. Wood is present wherever possible, even in load bearing construction. Façade and insulation is designed for minimal heat losses and maximal passive gains. Supersized green terraces decrease overheating of the building and mitigate the lack of private backyard areas, which is typical for high rise residential building type. Free floor plan allows abundant mixed use of the building, that can follow the rapid changes in modern society.
