Abstract
Kulturno-umetnostna vzgoja zelo močno vpliva na človeka v vseh pogledih, ker ga obkroža na vseh poteh v življenju. Človek z njo razvija svoj estetski in celostni pogled na svet in prav zato tvori pomemben del v izobraževalnem sistemu. V empiričnem delu diplomskega dela bomo raziskali, kakšen je kulturno-umetnostni status učiteljev, kako učitelji ocenjujejo osnovnošolsko izobraževanje z vidika kulturno-umetnostnega področja, kakšno mnenje imajo o kulturno-umetnostnih aktivnostih učencev in v kolikšni meri lahko pri pedagoškem delu uresničujejo cilje kulturno-umetnostne vzgoje. Rezultati kažejo, da učitelji kulturnim, estetskim in duhovnim vrednotam ne pripisujejo tako visokega pomena kot družinskim, socialnim, zdravstvenim vrednotam in tradiciji. Večina učiteljev meni, da bi v sistemu osnovnošolskega izobraževanja več pozornosti morali nameniti prav kulturno-umetnostnim področjem. Menijo, da so kulturno-umetnostna področja, ki jim učenci v šoli posvečajo največ pozornosti intermedijska kultura in glasbena umetnost, izven šole pa po mnenju učiteljev največ pozornosti učenci namenijo popularni in zabavni glasbi ter filmu in avdiovizualni kulturi. Kulturno-umetnostni cilji, ki jih uresničujejo pri svojem delu, so po pogostosti dobro zastopani, redkeje je zastopan le cilj izražanja kultur drugih narodov. Menijo, da lahko sledijo ciljem kulturno-umetnostne vzgoje pri različnih predmetih osnovnošolskega kurikula. Po rezultatih raziskave je razvidno, da pogosteje sledijo tem ciljem pri predmetih, ki so neposredno povezani s kulturno-umetnostno vzgojo (glasba, likovna vzgoja, slovenščina).

Arts and cultural education have a significant influence on a person in all aspects as human beings are surrounded by them in all walks of their lives. Through this education, human beings seek to develop their own aesthetic and holistic view of the world and it is for this reason that arts and cultural education form an important part in the education system. The empirical part of the diploma focuses on exploring the questions such as the arts and cultural status of the teachers, how the teachers evaluate primary school education in respect to arts and cultural education, what their view of arts and cultural activities of the students is and to what extent they are able to meet the objectives of cultural arts education. Results show that the teachers do not find cultural, aesthetic and spiritual values as important as the family, social and health values and tradition. Most of the teachers believe that more attention should be paid to the fields of arts and culture in the primary school education. In their opinion, inter-media culture and music are the two cultural and artistic areas that the students pay most attention to at school, whereas outside school they place most focus on popular and folk music, film and audiovisual culture. Cultural and artistic objectives, which they realize while doing their work, are well represented according to their frequency, the only objective that is rarely represented is the expression of other nations' cultures. They believe they can pursue cultural and artistic education in various subjects of elementary curriculum. According to the results of the survey, it is clear that teachers are more consistent in following these objectives in subjects that are directly linked to arts and cultural education such as Music, Art and Slovene. |
