Abstract

Magistrsko delo obravnava nadgradnjo že obstoječe pnevmatske delovne postaje na oddaljen nadzor in krmiljenje. Nadgradnja je zasnovana s pomočjo Beckhoff krmilnika in programskega okolja TwinCAT 3. Opisane so komponente pnevmatske postaje, krmilnika in delovanje programa TwinCAT 3. S pomočjo orodja TwinCAT 3 HMI WEB, ki omogoča vizualizacijo, se je izdelal spletni vmesnik, s katerim upravljamo delovno postajo. Vmesnik gostuje na spletu, kar omogoča oddaljen dostop, kjerkoli po svetu. Zaradi objave na spletu je tudi ustrezno zaščiten proti spletni zlorabi. Celoten postopek izdelave spletnega vmesnika in objave le-tega na splet je opisan podrobno po korakih. Glede nadzora pa je dodana kamera, ki prikazuje sliko v živo in nekaj pnevmatskih senzorjev za nadzorovanje tlaka na komponentah in mogočih kolizij.

Secondary title: Remote control and monitoring of a pneumatic workstation
Secondary abstract: The master thesis deals with the upgrade of an existing pneumatic workstation to remote monitoring and control. The upgrade is designed using the Beckhoff controller and the TwinCAT 3 software environment. The components of the pneumatic station, the controller and the operation of TwinCAT 3 are described. With the help of TwinCAT 3 HMI WEB, which allows visualisation, a web interface has been created to control the workstation. The interface is hosted on the web, allowing remote access anywhere in the world. It is also adequately protected against online abuse due to its publication on the internet. The whole process of creating the web interface and publishing it on the web is described in detail step by step. In terms of monitoring, a live camera and some pneumatic sensors have been added to monitor component pressures and possible collisions.
