Abstract

V magistrskem delu, ki je bilo izdelano v sodelovanju s podjetjem Inel d. o. o., je opisan razvoj in izdelava robotske naprave za montažo vijačnih elementov na avtomobilsko luč. Naprava omogoča popolnoma avtomatizirano montažo vijačnih elementov in hkrati preverjanje ustreznosti nameščenih elementov. V magistrskem delu so podrobno opisani sklopi, ki so potrebni za optimalno delovanje naprave in varnostni ukrepi, ki zagotavljajo varno delovno okolje. Modeliranje naprave in izdelava delavniških risb sta bila izvedena v programskem paketu SolidWorks. Sledi predstavitev rezultatov in potek testiranja naprave. Na koncu magistrskega dela so predstavljena navodila za delo z napravo, morebitne nevarnosti pri rokovanju z njo in opis vzdrževanja.

Secondary abstract: In the master's thesis, which was prepared in cooperation with the company Inel d. o. o., is described the development and production of a robotic device for mounting screw elements on a car light. The device enables the fully automated mounting of screw elements and at the same time checks the adequacy of the installed elements. The task describes in detail the assemblies that are necessary for the optimal operation of the device, and the safety measures, that ensure a safe working environment. Modeling of the device and production of workshop drawings were created in the SolidWorks software package. This is followed by a presentation of the results and the course of testing the device. At the end are presented, instructions for working with the device, potential hazards when handling it and a description of maintenance.
