Abstract

Zaključna naloga obravnava zamrzovanje slane vode, tako nastali led bi uporabili kot abraziv pri postopku rezanja z lednim abrazivnim vodnim curkom. Osredotočili smo se na izločanje kristalov soli iz ledu pri zamrzovanju raztopine natrijevega klorida ter vode. Obravnavali smo vpliv hitrosti ohlajanja, vpliv koncentracije raztopine ter časovno komponento izločanja soli. V začetnem delu je opisana raztopina natrijevega klorida in vode, lastnosti ter mehanizem nastanka te raztopine, model določanja temperature tališča in mehanizem merjenja koncentracije soli v ledu. V nadaljevanju obravnavamo aktualne raziskave na temo zamrzovanja raztopine natrijevega klorida in vode, ki nam pomagajo razumeti vpliv temperature zamrzovanja, koncentracije raztopine ter časovne komponente na raztopino natrijevega klorida in vode. Sledi predstavitev ugotovitev in predlogi za nadaljnje delo.

Secondary title: Salt excretion during water freezing for abrasive water jet cutting technology
Secondary abstract: The final work deals with the freezing of salt water, the resulting ice would be used as an abrasive in the ice abrasive water jet process. We focused on the removal of salt crystals from ice when freezing sodium chloride solution and water. We considered the influence of the cooling rate, the influence of the solution concentration and the time component of salt excretion. The initial part describes the solution of sodium chloride and water, the properties and the mechanism of formation of this solution, the model for determining the melting point temperature and the mechanism for measuring the concentration of salt in ice. In the following, we discuss current research on the subject of freezing sodium chloride and water solutions, which help us understand the influence of freezing temperature, solution concentration and time component on the sodium chloride and water solutions. This is followed by a presentation of the findings and suggestions for further work.
