Abstract

Vsak uspešen tim mora za večjo motivacijo pri delu biti nagrajen oziroma poplačan za ves trud in prispevek k rasti podjetja. Dandanes se vse več podjetij srečuje z upadom motiviranosti zaposlenih na delovnem mestu. Tako so v nekaterih podjetjih začeli svoje zaposlene opcijsko nagrajevati, kar je eden izmed načinov k nenehnemu vzpodbujanju - rast vrednosti delnic podjetja. Diplomski projekt je sestavljen iz dveh delov - teoretični in empirični. V teoretičnem delu bomo sprva opredelili pojem podjetništva, spoznali pomen in prednosti ter slabosti start-up podjetij. V nadaljevanju projekta pa se bomo osredotočili na opcijsko nagrajevanje in spoznali koristi lastništva zaposlenih. Empirični del pa je sestavljen iz intervjuja uspešnih slovenskih start-up podjetjih, in sicer LaPopsi, Pokica in 4kidsandus. V diplomskem projektu je bil predvsem namen ugotoviti kakšen pomen imajo v zagonskem podjetju opcijska nagrajevanje in ali se v Sloveniji poslužujemo takšnega sistema nagrajevanja.

Secondary abstract: Every successful team must be rewarded or paid for all their efforts and contribution to the growth of the company for greater motivation at work. Nowadays, more and more companies are experiencing a decline in employee motivation at work. Thus, in some companies, they started rewarding their employees with options, which is one of the ways to constantly encourage - the growth of the value of the company's shares. The diploma project consists of two parts - theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical part, we will initially define the concept of entrepreneurship, learn about the importance and advantages and disadvantages of start-up companies. In the continuation of the project, we will focus on optional rewards and learn about the benefits of employee ownership. The empirical part consists of an interview with successful Slovenian start-up companies, namely LaPopsi, Pokica and 4kidsandus. The main purpose of the diploma project was to determine the importance of optional rewards in a start-up company and whether we use such a reward system in Slovenia.
