diplomsko delo
Abstract
Romana Gospa Dalloway in Stekleni zvon imata skupno točko, saj govorita o ženskah 20. stoletja, ki so bile v svojem času zatirane. Preko protagonistk romanov, Clarisse Dalloway in Esther Greenwood bom poskusila najti stališče avtoric do feministične teorije. Predvsem pa se bom v diplomski nalogi orientirala na žensko, kot glavni motiv in njen odnos do patriarhalnega sistema.

Secondary title: |
Motif of a woman in the novels Mrs. Dalloway by Virginia Woolf and The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath |
Secondary abstract: |
The novels Mrs. Dalloway and The Bell Jar have a common point, as they are about women of the 20th century who were oppressed in their time. Through the novel's protagonists, Clarissa Dalloway and Esther Greenwood, I will try to find the authors' position towards feminist theory. Above all, in my thesis, I will focus on the woman as the main motive and her relationship to the patriarchal system. |
