Abstract

Secondary title: Construction of a scaffold at a hydroelectric power plant
Secondary abstract: In this final work, we constructed a working scaffold for the company Dravske elektrarne Maribor. The construction is installed inside the spiral housing of the hydroelectric power plant Mariborski otok. The construction is used for repairs and visual inspection on guide vanes and stay vanes, installation of a scaffold is possible during extended audits. The scaffolding is constructed entirely according to the SIST EN 12811 standard, which prescribes equipment for temporary constructions. We created a requirements list and technical documentation for the construction. The main element of the scaffolding was numerically calculated using the SolidWorks program and the finite element method was used for the calculation. After analyzing the maximum stresses and displacements, we concluded that the constructed scaffold meets the requirements of the company and the standard. The construction can be manufactured.
