Abstract

V današnjih serijskih proizvodnjah, kjer je čas/produktivnost vse večjega pomena, se podjetja poslužujejo uporabe progresivnih orodij za preoblikovanje pločevine. Progresivno orodje omogoča izdelavo več zaporednih operacij oblikovanja materiala, dokler se ne doseže končna oblika izdelka. V diplomskem delu je predstavljen postopek konstruiranje progresivnega orodja, v sodelovanju s podjetjem Koban d.o.o. Diplomska naloga vključuje načrtovanje orodja, ki bo omogočalo učinkovito in natančno oblikovanje izdelka ter bo hkrati upoštevalo omejitve proizvodnega procesa in zadostovala naročnikove zahteve. Raziskali smo različne metode, izvedli potrebne preračune in na podlagi tega izdelali konstrukcijo progresivnega orodja za izdelavo nosilcev za uporabo v avtomobilski industriji.

Secondary abstract: In today's mass production, where time and productivity are of increasing importance, companies resort to using progressive tools for sheet metal forming. Progressive tooling enables the creation of multiple consecutive forming operations until the final product shape is achieved. The thesis presents the process of designing a progressive tool in collaboration with Koban d.o.o. The thesis includes the planning of a tool that will enable efficient and precise product shaping while considering the limitations of the production process and meeting the client's requirements. We explored various methods, conducted necessary calculations, and based on this, developed the construction of a progressive tool for manufacturing brackets for use in the automotive industry.
