Abstract
Z namenom lažjega transporta in kasnejše reciklaže aluminijastih profilov na želene dimenzije je bila v zaključnem delu skonstruirana sekalna naprava z nazivno silo 1 MN. Konstrukcija je narejena po že obstoječi sekalni napravi s pritisno silo 1,84 MN. Pritisno silo zagotavlja hidravlični valj proizvajalca Rexroth, ki smo ga izbrali na zahtevo naročnika. Ob glavnem hidravličnem valju je bilo prav tako potrebno izbrati ustrezna manjša hidravlična valja, s katerima zagotavljamo kontinuirano gibanje profilov skozi sekalno napravo. Ustrezno dimenzioniranje novega stroja smo dosegli s poenostavljeno trdnostno analizo nosilne konstrukcije. Nosilna konstrukcija sestavlja vse navpične in prečne komponente na katere ima hidravlični valj vpliv pri svojem delovanju. Deli konstrukcije so med seboj vijačeni, zato so bili v simulaciji vključeni vijaki z ustreznim prednapetjem. Na podlagi meje tečenja in ustreznega varnostnega faktorja smo trdnostno kontrolirali togost konstrukcije, kjer največja izračunana napetost v kritičnih točkah ni presegla dopustne napetosti.

Secondary abstract: |
With the aim of facilitating the easier transportation and subsequent recycling of aluminium profiles to the desired dimensions, a cutting device with a nominal force of 1 MN was constructed in the final project. The new construction was based on an existing cutting device with a shearing force of 1.84 MN. The shearing force is provided by a hydraulic cylinder from the manufacturer Rexroth, which was chosen at the customer's request. Additionally, appropriate smaller hydraulic cylinders were selected alongside the main hydraulic cylinder to ensure the continuous movement of profiles through the cutting device. The proper sizing of the new machine was achieved through a simplified stress analysis of the supporting structure. The supporting structure includes all vertical and transverse components affected by the hydraulic cylinder during its operation. The structural components are connected by bolts, so bolts with the appropriate preload were included in the simulation. Based on the yield strength and an adequate safety factor, stress analysis was created to verify the rigidity of the structure, ensuring that the maximum calculated stress in critical points did not exceed the allowable stress. |
