Abstract
V zaključnem delu je predstavljen proces konstruiranja orodja za tlačno litje aluminija na osnovi dobljenih 3D modelov. Na kratko je predstavljeno podjetje Orodjarstvo Gorjak d.o.o., v sklopu katerega opravljam nalogo, nato je predstavljen postopek litja in zgradba orodja za tlačno litje. S pomočjo funkcijske analize orodja in preprostih inženirskih preračunov se zmodelira dolivni sistem, ki je osnova za nadaljnje konstruiranje orodja. Predstavljen je proces razvoja dolivnega sistema, v zaključku pa se pregleda končano orodje kot celota in pokomentira izbrane konstrukcijske rešitve.

Secondary abstract: |
In this final work the process of constructing a high pressure aluminum die casting mould on the basis of received 3D models is presented. Orodjarstvo Gorjak d.o.o., the company under which this final work is made is shortly presented, the process of die casting and basic die casting tool anatomy is described. With the help of fuctional analysis and simple engineering calculations a runner is constructed, which is the basis for further modeling of the tool. The process of developing a runner is shown and in the end the complete tool is looked over and comments are presented on chosen construcion choices. |
