Abstract
Njeni glavni znaki so impulzivnost, hiperaktivnost in nepozornost. Zdravljenje poteka nefarmakološko in farmakološko. Metode: Sistematično smo pregledali znanstveno literaturo, ki smo jo iskali z iskalnim nizom v podatkovnih bazah PubMed, CINAHL in Cochrane Library. Pri pregledu in izbiri ustrezne literature smo upoštevali smernice PRISMA. Naredili smo tematsko analizo. Uporabljena je bila opisna metoda dela. Rezultati: Od 412 identificiranih raziskav smo 12 raziskav vključili v podrobno analizo.

| Secondary abstract: |
Introduction: Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is a neurobehavioral disorder that is increasingly occurring worldwide and is more common in boys. Its main symptoms are impulsivity, hyperactivity and inattention. Treatment is non-pharmacological and pharmacological. The purpose of the final work is to investigate the impact of physical activity on the lives of children and adolescents with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Methods: We systematically reviewed the scientific literature, which we searched with a search string in the PubMed, CINAHL and Cochrane Library databases. When reviewing and selecting relevant literature, we followed the PRISMA guidelines. We did a thematic analysis. A descriptive method of work was used. Results: Of the 412 identified studies, 12 studies were included in the detailed analysis. Research has shown that physical activity, especially aerobic activity, is beneficial for children and adolescents with ADHD. Research shows a positive effect on executive function, motor skills, main symptoms, etc. Discussion and conclusion: We found that physical activity can have a positive effect on the lives of children and adolescents with ADHD, as it has a beneficial effect on several factors. Promoting physical activity in children and adolescents with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is essential. |
