Abstract

Izobraževanje odraslih postaja dandanes izjemno pomemben del življenja vsakega posameznika. Ljudje se učimo vse življenje in prav zato je izobraževanje odraslih področje, ki mu velja nameniti več pozornosti. Pričujoče diplomsko delo obravnava didaktične značilnosti izobraževanja odraslih na Ljudski univerzi. V teoretičnem delu obravnavamo pomen in širše andragoško-didaktične vidike izobraževanja odraslih, značilnosti in metode izobraževanja odraslih ter izobraževanje odraslih v Sloveniji. Empirični del zajema obravnavo dveh delnih problemov - razlogov in motivacije odraslih za vključevanje v izobraževanje ter didaktičnih značilnosti izobraževanja odraslih na Ljudski univerzi. V sklepnem delu obravnavamo ugotovitve raziskave in navajamo predloge za morebitne nadaljnje raziskave in izboljšave na področju izobraževanja odraslih.

Secondary title: Didactic features of adult education at People's University
Secondary abstract: Nowadays adult education is becoming an increasingly important factor of every individual's life. We learn all our lives and that is why adult education is a field that needs special attention. This graduation thesis focuses on didactical features of adult education at People's University. The theoretical part discusses the meaning and broader didactical aspects of adult education, the features and methods of adult education and adult education in Slovenia. The empirical part includes a discussion of two partial problems - reasons and motivation of adults for integration in education and didactical features of adult education at People's university. In the conclusion we discuss the results and findings of our research and offer some suggestions for further research and improvements in the field of adult education.
