Abstract

Secondary title: Digital twin for process of assembling
Secondary abstract: The thesis is based on the creation of a digital twin of a robotic cell, which was achieved by connecting a virtual robotic cell and a virtual controller. The main objective was to develop a suitable robot program and to create a virtual environment in which it is possible to simulate the robot system using the RobotStudio software environment and to enable the PLCsim Advanced virtual controller to control the entire robotic cell process. It was therefore necessary to create a suitable program for the virtual controller that will be used to control the entire process of the robotic cell, and a user interface to control the process in the TIA V17 software environment. The thesis also describes the process of setting up the connections between the software environments and running the simulation
