Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo zasnovali modularno vpenjalno pripravo za izdelavo podkvastega obdelovanca. Pri konstruiranju vpenjalne priprave smo morali upoštevati, da omogoča natančno pozicioniranje, da omogoča zadostno ponovljivost vpenjanja in da nasprotuje vplivom odrezovalnih sil. Ob tem smo morali biti pozorni na ergonomičnost in enostavnost vpenjanja. Naredili smo dve varianti vpenjalne priprave in ju med seboj primerjali, katera je bolj erogonomska in bolj primerna za obdelavo. Izdelali smo navodila za montažo vpenjalne priprave, animacijski film montaže, eksplozijski model vpenjalne priprave, stroškovne kalkulacije, določili obdelovalne postopke, za katere smo izbrali ustrezna orodja in rezalne parametre. Na podlagi teh podatkov smo na koncu izbrali še ustrezen obdelovalni stroj.

Secondary title: Design of a clamping device for machining horseshoe-shaped workpiece
Secondary abstract: In bachelor's thesis, we designed a modular clamping device for the production of a horseshoe workpiece. When designing the clamping fixture, we had to consider that it allows precise positioning, sufficient repeatability of clamping, and resists the effects of cutting forces. At the same time we have to pay attention to ergonomics and ease of clamping. We made two versions of the clamping fixture and compared them with each other to see which was more ergonomic and more suitable for processing. We produced installation instructions for the clamping fixture, an assembly animation film, an explosion model of the clamping fixture, cost calculations, we defined the machining operations for which we selected the appropriate tools and cutting parameters. Finally, based on all this information, we selected the appropriate processing machine.
