Abstract

Študijsko gradivo v obliki zbirke vaj je namenjeno študentom prve stopnje bolonjskega študijskega programa Pravo pri predmetu Mednarodno javno pravo na Pravni fakulteti Univerze v Mariboru. Študijsko gradivo je pripravljeno za izvedbo vaj v pedagoškem procesu. Naloge so razdeljene na dva dela. Prvi del zajema praktične primere, drugi del pa vprašanja in trditve. Pričujoči Zbirki vaj je priložena tudi Ustanovna listina Združenih narodov s Statutom Meddržavnega sodišča. Študijsko gradivo služi kot priprava na izpit pri predmetu Mednarodno javno pravo, kot pripomoček pa lahko pride prav tudi pri drugih predmetih s področja mednarodnega prava.

Secondary abstract:	The study material in the form of a collection of exercises is intended for students of the first cycle of the Bologna Law study program for the subject Public International Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Maribor. The study material is prepared for the implementation of exercises in the pedagogical process. The exercises are divided into two parts. The first part covers practical examples, while the second part covers questions and statements. The Charter of the United Nations with the Statute of the International Court of Justice is also attached to the collection of exercises. The study material serves as preparation for the exam in the Public International Law course, and can also be useful as a tool for other courses in the field of international law.
