Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljen projekt, ki temelji na razvoju in izdelavi mehanskih sklopov sortirnika krompirja. Sortiranje krompirja ima velik pomen v kmetijski industriji, vendar je današnji trg naprav za sortiranje cenovno težje dostopen. Namen diplomskega dela je bil razviti in izdelati nizkocenovni sistem za sortiranje krompirja z možnostjo namestitve industrijske kamere. Po pregledu sortirnih naprav za krompir, ki so že na trgu, smo se odločili za sortiranje s pnevmatsko šobo. Transport krompirja pa bo potekal po rotirajočih transportnih valjih, ki so preko verižnikov gnani z elektromotorjem. Izbira takšnega transporta bo zagotavljala rotiranje krompirja, kar bo omogočalo učinkovito optično analizo. V zaključku lahko rečemo, da je sortirnik krompirja ključna tehnološka rešitev, ki prispeva k učinkovitosti procesov in optimizaciji proizvodnje, kar ima pozitiven vpliv na celotno industrijo in potrošnike.

Secondary abstract: The thesis presents a project based on the design, development, and fabrication of mechanical components for a potato sorter. Potato sorting plays a significant role in the agricultural industry, but the current market for sorting devices is often cost-prohibitive. The objective of this thesis was to develop and construct a low-cost potato sorting system with the option of an installed industrial camera. After reviewing existing potato sorting devices on the market, the decision was made to implement pneumatic nozzle sorting. The transportation of potatoes would be facilitated by rotating conveyor rollers driven by an electric motor through gears. This choice of transportation would enable efficient optical analysis by ensuring the rotation of the potatoes. In conclusion, the potato sorter is a crucial technological solution that contributes to process efficiency and production optimization, positively impacting the entire industry and consumers.
