Abstract

Heckova reakcija je reakcija križnega spajanja med alkenom in aril oz. vinil halogenidom. Poteka pod inertno atmosfero z uporabo katalizatorja in baze. Največkrat uporabljeni katalizatorji so paladijevi kompleksi. Sinteza azometin iminov poteka preko pirazolidin-3-onov. Pirazolidin-3-oni so heterociklične spojine, ki smo jih sintetizirali iz različno ß-substituiranih akrilatov z uporabo hidrazin monohidrata. Azometin imine smo pripravili s pretvorbo pirazolidin-3-onov v metanolu in dodatku TFA. Produkti sinteze se bodo uporabili za nadaljnje fotokemijske reakcije.

Secondary abstract: The Heck reaction is a type of cross-coupling reaction between an alkene and an aryl or vinyl halide. This reaction is carried out under an inert atmosphere using a catalyst and a base. The most frequently used catalysts are palladium complexes. Azomethine imines can be synthesized via pyrazolidine-3-ones. Pyrazolidine-3-ones are heterocyclic compounds that were synthesized from various ß-substituted acrylates using hydrazine monohydrate. Azomethine imines are obtained by converting pyrazolidine-3-ones in methanol and adding TFA. The synthesis products can be utilized for further photochemical reactions.
