magistrsko delo magistrskega študijskega programa II. stopnje Strojništvo
Abstract
Magistrska naloga obsega koncept implementacije avtonomno vodenih vozil v logistični in proizvodni proces podjetja.

The concept of implementing autonomously driven vehicles into the company's logistics and production process |
Secondary abstract: |
The master's thesis encompasses the concept of implementing autonomously guided vehicles into the logistic and production processes of the company. The thesis first presents the current state of internal logistics for material picking and transportation from warehouses to workstations within the company. Based on the existing layout of warehouses, assembly lines, and transportation routes, the material flows and transport operations are analyzed in detail. Subsequently, the thesis discusses the types of transportation vehicles that allow appropriate loading and unloading of containers and pallets, as well as internal material transportation without the need for operators or human involvement. A market analysis of autonomous mobile robots (AMR) in combination with various upgrades enabling the transport of multiple containers simultaneously is conducted. The most suitable configuration of AMR and upgrades is selected using evaluation criteria. For the chosen configuration, a simulation of the logistic and production process is carried out in the continuation of the thesis, followed by an analysis of different AMR configurations and their impact on the logistics capacity of the system and the productivity of the assembly lines. |
