Abstract

Veliko povpraševanje po aparatih za pripravo napitkov zahteva zasnovo visoko produktivnega koncepta montažne linije. V okviru magistrske naloge strukturirano obravnavamo montažni proces in sistem montažne linije. Najprej izračunamo potreben čas takta linije, izdelamo strukturo izdelka in montažno strukturo. S pomočjo diagrama predhodnikov razdelimo montažne operacije na delovna mesta in uravnotežimo montažno linijo. Linijo umestimo v prostor v skladu s smernicami načrtovanja Boschevega proizvodnega sistema. Osredotočimo se na avtomatizirane segmente linije in kontrolo. Identificiramo ozko grlo sistema in s programskim orodjem Tecnomatix Plant Simulation izdelamo simulacijski model. Skozi simulacije diskretnih dogodkov preverimo ustreznost različnih konceptov. Z vpeljavo metode »kaj–če« scenarijev izpopolnimo izhodiščne zasnove linije. V zaključku naloge določimo kriterije in način ocenjevanja konceptov. Rezultat naloge je optimalna zasnova montažne linije, ki jo izberemo na podlagi rezultatov simulacij.

Secondary title: Conceptual design of the assembly line of espresso machines
Secondary abstract: The high demand for espresso machines requires the design of a highly productive assembly line. In the master's thesis, it is discussed about the assembly process and the assembly line system in a structured manner. First, we calculate the required cycle time of the line, create the product structure and the item assembly structure. Using the predecessor diagram, we assign the assembly operations into workstations and perform the assembly line balancing. The line is placed in the production site in accordance with the guidelines of the Bosch production system. We focus on automated line segments and control operations. The next step is to identify the bottleneck of the system and to create a simulation model using the Tecnomatix Plant Simulation software tool. Through simulations of discrete events, we check the relevance of various concepts. By introducing the "what-if" method of scenarios, the initial design of the line is redefined. At the end of the assignment, we determine the criteria and method of evaluating the concepts. The result of the master's thesis is the optimal design of the assembly line, chosen by the results of the simulations.
