Abstract

Tekom obiskovanja Fakultete za socialno delo in opravljanja prakse na različnih institucijah sem se velikokrat srečevala z nasiljem na različnih področjih. Spoznala sem, kako socialno delo vstopa v svet nasilja in kakšni so načini dela na tem področju. Ker me že od nekdaj privlači delo z mladimi, me je tudi medvrstniško nasilje najbolj pritegnilo. Zato sem se odločila, da želim to temo raziskovati in poiskati odgovore, ali je medvrstniško nasilje res tako razširjeno tudi v mojem okolju, predvsem pa, kakšna je vloga in odziv profesorjev in strokovnih delavcev, ko se srečujejo z njim. Po prebrani literaturi, sem svoj fokus usmerila na srednješolce, saj se jih dotika zelo malo raziskav, kljub temu da se tudi na srednjih šolah pojavlja nasilje, celo večkrat kot v osnovnih šolah. Raziskava je kvantitativna. Za raziskovanje sem uporabila vnaprej pripravljene anketne vprašalnike, ki sem jih razdelila med dijake 3. letnika gimnazijskega programa in programa predšolske vzgoje na Gimnaziji Ormož in Gimnaziji Franca Miklošiča Ljutomer.

Secondary title: Peer violence in secondary schools
Secondary abstract: While attending the Faculty of Social Work and performing internships at various institutions, I encountered violence in various fields many times. I learned how social work enters the world of violence and what are the ways of working in this field. But since I have always been attracted to working with young people, peer violence also attracted me the most. That's why I decided that I want to research this topic and find answers to whether peer violence is really that widespread in my environment, and above all, what is the role and response of professors and professionals when they encounter peer violence. After reading the literature, I directed my focus on high school students, as very little research touches on them, even though violence also occurs in high schools. Many times, even more than in primary schools. The research is quantitative. For the research, I used questionnaires prepared in advance, which I distributed among the 3rd year of the high school program and the preschool education program at Ormož Gymnasium and Gymnasium Franca Miklošica Ljutomer.
