Abstract

Napredno krmiljenje sistemov zelo olajša delo v današnjih proizvodnjah, in posledično razlikuje odlična podjetja od dobrih. V diplomskem delu je opisan postopek krmiljenja didaktičnega sistema v procesni tehniki z različnimi pristopi krmiljenja. Opisane so osnove procesne tehnike, njene značilnosti, programiranje v programskem okolju TIA Portal, programiranje v lestvični obliki in s funkcijskimi bloki ter kreiranje uporabniškega vmesnika, ki se uporablja za nadzor in upravljanje sistemov. V diplomskem delu je predstavljen pristop h krmiljenju didaktičnega sistema, ki bo naslednjim generacijam študentov omogočal lažje razumevanje krmiljenja v proizvodnjah.

Secondary title: Controlling the didactic model of process technology
Secondary abstract: Advanced control systems make work much easier in today's manufacturing plants, and consequently distinguish the great companies from the good ones. This thesis describes the process of controlling a didactic system in process engineering with different control approaches. It describes the basics of process engineering, its characteristics, programming in the TIA Portal programming environment, programming in ladder form and with function blocks, and the creation of a user interface used to control and manage the systems. The thesis presents an approach to the control of a didactic system that will enable the next generation of students to better understand control in manufacturing.
