Abstract

Diplomska naloga je nastala na podlagi projektne naloge, kjer smo preučili delovanje dveh SICK točkovnih laserskih triangulacijskih senzorjev. Zaradi izredne natančnosti in hitrosti laserskih senzorjev je bila ideja ustvariti čim bolj preprosto napravo, ki z le dvema točkovnima senzorjema in koračnima motorjema zajame dovolj meritev, da posname geometrijo manjšega strojnega dela. V diplomski nalogi sem se osredotočil na razvoju in realizaciji koncepta, kako lahko naprava samodejno izvaja meritve na poljubno velikem strojnem delu. Moja diplomska naloga se osredotoča na zasnovi, izdelavi ohišja, energetskega in pogonskega, ter krmilnega dela naprave. Merilna celica na podlagi izvedenih meritev ovrednoti končno kvaliteto strojnega dela, katerega izdelava je visoke kakovosti in preciznosti.

Secondary title: Automated laser measurement system for workpiece quality control
Secondary abstract: This thesis was created based on a project task where we studied the operation of two SICK laser triangulation sensors. Due to the exceptional precision and speed of the laser sensors, the main idea was to create a simple device using only two sensors and stepper motors to capture enough measurements to record the geometry of a smaller machine part. In my thesis, I focused on the development and realization of a concept of how the device can automatically perform measurements on machine parts of arbitrary size. My diploma thesis centers around designing the device's housing and constructing its power supply, drive and control components. The measurement cell evaluates the final quality of the machine part based on the performed measurements, the production of which is of high quality and precision.
