Abstract

Magistrsko delo obsega razvoj tehnologije mehanske obdelave in konstruiranje pripadajoče vpenjalne priprave za izdelka, ki služi kot pilotni projekt za prodiranje na trg mehanske obdelave aluminijastih odkovkov. Cilj naloge je vzpostaviti proizvodne pogoje, primerne za serijsko proizvodnjo, ob upoštevanju znanih in znotraj naloge opredeljenih omejitev. Za izdelavo sta bili uporabljeni programski okolji SolidWorks in SolidCAM ter metodi Poka Yoke in SMED. V delu so prikazane prednosti uporabe teh metod na vpenjalni pripravi in namenskih orodij za proces obdelave.

Secondary abstract: This master’s thesis focuses on the development of mechanical processing technology and the construction of the corresponding clamping device for the product, serving as a pilot project for penetrating the mechanical processing of aluminum forgings market. The objective is to establish production conditions optimized for serial production, considering predefined constraints. The software environments SolidWorks and SolidCAM, as well as Poka Yoke and SMED methods, are employed. The study highlights the advantages of utilizing these methods for clamping device and dedicated tools during processing.
