Abstract

Namen diplomskega dela je ugotoviti, kako in na kakšne načine zaposleni v zavetišču Ljubljana med seboj prenašajo informacije, potrebne za delo. Potrebne podatke smo dobili z intervjuji zaposlenih in jih obdelali z opisno statistiko. Rezultati so nam pokazali, da zaposleni niso zadovoljni s trenutnim stanjem prenašanja informacij in si želijo izboljšav. Primerjali smo več načinov prenašanja informacij in poiskali primerno aplikacijo za sporočanje, ki ustreza vsem iskanim pogojem in je cenovno ugodna. Izbrano aplikacijo za sporočanje so zaposleni hitro sprejeli in jo začeli uporabljati. Ponovni intervjuji z zaposlenimi in obdelava dobljenih podatkov z opisno statistiko so pokazali, da se je zadovoljstvo zaposlenih nad informiranostjo izboljšala. Priporočamo, da bi se izbrano aplikacijo za sporočanje Slack uvedlo kot uradni način digitalne komunikacije med zaposlenimi v zavetišču Ljubljana.

Secondary title: Implementation of digital communication among employees in zavetišče ljubljana
Secondary abstract: The aim of the thesis is to investigate the methods and approaches used by the employees of the Ljubljana shelter to exchange essential work information among themselves. We obtained the necessary data by conducting interviews with employees and analyzed it using descriptive statistics. The results showed that employees are not satisfied with the current state of information transmission and want improvements. We compared several methods of transmitting information and found a suitable collaboration tool that meets all necessary criteria and is affordable. The chosen collaboration tool was quickly accepted by the employees and integrated into their workflow. Follow-up interviews with employees and processing of obtained data with descriptive statistics showed that employee satisfaction with the process of information transmission has improved. Based on our findings, we propose that the adoption of Slack, the chosen collaboration tool, be implemented as an official digital communication method between employees of the Ljubljana shelter.
