Abstract

V današnjem svetu je že velika večina podjetij prisotna na spletu. Osnova vsakega resnega podjetja je urejena spletna stran, ki končnemu porabniku že na prvi vtis da vedeti, kakšni so njegovi izdelki oz. storitve. Spletna stran mora biti dobro optimizirana, da uporabnik ob obisku točno ve, kaj se zahteva od njega. Spletna stran mora biti tudi dobro optimizirana za spletne iskalnike, da uporabniki lažje najdejo to, kar iščejo. Poleg spletne strani je za podjetja pomembno tudi, da vedo, kdo so njihovi ciljni kupci, in se v skladu s tem poskušajo povezati z njimi na najprimernejših družbenih omrežjih. Pomembnost družbenih omrežij in pomen vplivnežev bosta po napovedih strokovnjakov v prihodnjih letih samo še rastla, zato je pomembno, da podjetja stopijo v korak s trendi. Pomembno je tudi, da uporabljajo plačljivo oglaševanje na Facebooku in Googlu, saj tako v primerjavi s klasičnim oglaševanjem z manjšim vložkom povečajo svoj prihodek in bolje spremljajo analitiko porabljenega oglaševalskega denarja. Veliko vlogo igra tudi e-poštni marketing, ki je ena izmed najbolj zapostavljenih oblik oglaševanja, pa vendar je še vedno najučinkovitejše orodje in prinaša največje povračilo na investiran denar. V tem magistrskem delu je poudarek na prenovi strategije spletnega marketinga spletne trgovine.

Secondary abstract: In today's world, the vast majority of companies have their online presence. The foundation of any serious business is a well-designed website that gives the end user an idea of the products or services offered from the very first impression. The website should be well-optimized so that the user knows exactly what is expected of them when they visit. It should also be well-optimized for search engines so that users can easily find what they are looking for. In addition to the website, it is important for companies to know who their target customers are and try to connect with them on the most suitable social media platforms. According to experts' predictions, the importance of social media and influencers will only continue to grow in the coming years, so it is important for companies to keep up with the trends. It is also important for them to utilize paid advertising on Facebook and Google, as this can increase their revenue and provide better tracking of analytics with a smaller investment compared to traditional advertising methods. Email marketing also plays a significant role, being one of the most neglected forms of advertising, yet it remains the most effective tool and delivers the highest return on investment. This master's thesis focuses on revamping the online marketing strategy of an e-commerce store.
