Primerjava kritičnih dejavnikov rešitev ERP med proizvodnimi in storitvenimi organizacijami

Abstract

V tej raziskavi bomo raziskovali uvedbo poslovnih informacijskih rešitev v organizacije, s posebnim poudarkom na ključnih dejavnikih uspeha in primerjavi med proizvodnimi in storitvenimi organizacijami. Uvedba ERP rešitev zahteva celostni pristop, ki obsega načrtovanje, analizo procesov, konfiguracijo, testiranje, usposabljanje in podporo. Z analizo literature in izvedbo ankete so bili pridobljeni rezultati, ki kažejo na ključne dejavnike uspeha, kot so jasno postavljeni cilji, ustrezna alokacija virov, uspešno usposobljeni uporabniki ter podpora prodajalca. Primerjava med proizvodnimi in storitvenimi organizacijami kaže na nekaj razlik v zaznavanju pomembnosti posameznih dejavnikov. Ta naloga daje vpogled v pomen pravilne uvedbe ERP rešitev v organizacije in spodbuja nadaljnje raziskovanje, da bi bolje razumeli dejavnike, ki vplivajo na uspeh uvedbe ERP rešitev.

Secondary abstract:	In this research we will explore the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning solutions in organizations, with a specific focus on critical success factors and a comparison between manufacturing and service organizations. The implementation of ERP systems requires a holistic approach, including planning, process analysis, configuration, testing, training, and support. By analyzing literature and conducting a survey, results were obtained that indicate key success factors, such as well-defined goals, proper resource allocation, effectively trained users, and vendor support. The comparison between manufacturing and service organizations reveals some differences in the perception of the importance of specific factors. This thesis provides insights into the importance of proper ERP system implementation in organizations and encourages further research to better understand the factors influencing the success of ERP system implementation.
